I reviewed the providers at Pro Health Care via their web page to get a Primary care provider as I’ve just moved here from out of state. I chose nurse practitioner Alisha based on her bio stating she has a philosophy of working with patients and being interested in their whole person well being and her faith was very important to her, all values I wanted. The lab department is accommodating to walk-in versus Watertown. You have to make an appointment very convenient.
Leaving after 15 years. Urgent Care is basically a joke, 90% of our visits end up in the ER because they cannot do anything. My wife took one of the children in due to a concern, saw Steve who is not an MD, but a PROVIDER. Provider of what? Filling the toilet paper rolls? The only thing he provided was vague questions and answers. This WAS a DOCTORS office. The front desk implied Steve is a doctor. Well Steve isn't on the website, nor a MD for all we know.
