Unfortunately I never got to see the doctor, I went to a different prohealth address by mistake and called over the phone to check with a nurse if I am arriving 7 min past my appt will I still make it. I was told if it's is 10 min past my appt I will. I got to the building 7 min past the appt only to be turned away by nurse kelly who said you are half way through your appt and turned her back on me and left. I have always received high quality care and compassion at this clinic
I waited for 1 year to have a bill reconciled; during the last call about payment they said that I was going to be put into collections. Mind you it was still in review and they were turning it in to collections! Be careful how you set up your appointments as it will make all the difference in what you owe; 12 months ago I was looking for a new doctor and called to make an appointment. I came here for an appointment I arrived on time, when I went to the check in lady I said I had an appointment at 2:40. The check in lady was confused because I had a virtual visit after this one at 3:30 so she was telling me my visit was virtual and I was explaining that it can’t be virtual. Then she figured out I meant the appointment before that. So I was late to my appointment because the check in lady was figuring it out.
