The sleep study department at ProHealth is a rip off for seniors! They have required my 86 year old mother to show up for 5 appointments for a CPAP she already has had for 20 years. She’s in a nursing home, a fall risk, and yet they refuse to do virtual visits for the simple things like read out results. They are milking Medicare. Find another provider! My Mom is at risk because of these non-compassionate providers.
I was given a fee for seeing a new doctor, on top of charges for seeing the doctor. I was also charged my deductible for doing an annual physical even when my insurance has a zero deductible for preventative care. I disputed the codes that were used in my bill because my insurance clearly has preventative care codes, but they refused to use them. So I was charged my deductible. I will never use ProHealth again
Unfortunately I never got to see the doctor, I went to a different prohealth address by mistake and called over the phone to check with a nurse if I am arriving 7 min past my appt will I still make it. I was told if it's is 10 min past my appt I will. I got to the building 7 min past the appt only to be turned away by nurse kelly who said you are half way through your appt and turned her back on me and left.
