I waited for 1 year to have a bill reconciled; during the last call about payment they said that I was going to be put into collections. Mind you it was still in review and they were turning it in to collections! Be careful how you set up your appointments as it will make all the difference in what you owe; 12 months ago I was looking for a new doctor and called to make an appointment. I came here for an appointment I arrived on time, when I went to the check in lady I said I had an appointment at 2:40. The check in lady was confused because I had a virtual visit after this one at 3:30 so she was telling me my visit was virtual and I was explaining that it can’t be virtual. Then she figured out I meant the appointment before that. So I was late to my appointment because the check in lady was figuring it out. I would love to say that I like this place, especially because my mom works here, but I hate this place. It's a nice facility and the receptionists are good, but the care is abysmal. Other facilities in the state offer much better communication via mychart and have care providers who aren't visibly stressed out by both paperwork and their schedule. The nurses who are supposed to do the mychart communication must also be stressed out, because they respond slowly and do the absolute bare minimum. They also don't utilize their ... read more
