Have been to this location a couple of times. Just today I visited their urgent care and recieved great care from the minute I walked in. The woman checking me in was pleasant and so was the provider that saw me. I wasn't sure if I should have went or not because symptoms came and went and it turns out something was wrong. The provider answered all my questions and was asking me a lot too to try and get to the cause. He even offered to write up a doctor's note if I needed it. Just great all around!
Amazing scheduling experience over the phone today with Emma... I have never encountered someone as friendly, helpful, and understanding as her when going through the process of rescheduling an appointment. Highly recommend!!
Don't use the robot to check in! My five-minute lab test took over an hour because the robot didn't notify the lab that I was there. So to avoid wasting your time, check in with a human.
