The staff here is very welcoming, professional and personable. A special "shout-out" to the mammogram technician, Alicia Jaggie. I have been fortunate enough to have experienced her exceptional expertise a few times. She makes the experience as tolerable as possible with a relaxed demeanor and calm encouragement.
I didn't have a problem making an appointment. My experience wasn't that great though. Long story short, I was due for a breast exam. I had the exam with imaging. They called me back. They didn't say much and made me wait over an hour in the office to reexamine me. Doctor had no bedside manner. I don't remember what she said because it was awhile ago.
