Doctors are great but the front desk if absolutely disgraceful. If you aren’t going to help the patients ESPECIALLY the elderly and disabled then you shouldn’t be at the front desk. She wasn’t helpful at all to my grandmother who couldn’t log into her chart or fill out paperwork. She was beyond disrespectful and rude to everyone who asked for help. It’s a real shame

I always feel very unconvenient and upset to the workers and hard to schedule. The nurse was very rude and her question was dry and very short.
Doctors are good, but I never can get them on the phone. They were supposed to call in a prescription but a week later they still did not follow up.
