Doctors constantly leave and the front staff is a nightmare and they could care the less about helping you! Stay away as you’re just a number to them.
Great experience. Dr Liza very professional and patient. Everyone there are so awesome and kind.
No coordination at all in this office. The front office people are terrible and honestly rude about there mess ups. They have taken blood and then 2 weeks later say they have no record of the blood being taken. Have taken blood a second time, said its ok to leave and then called to come back because they need to take more blood. There is no excuses for how bad this place actually is. Only the sonogram attendants are good and seem to be actually able to perform their jobs.
Very disappointing experience with Optum. I scheduled a GYN appointment six months in advance and followed up multiple times to confirm that an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter would be provided. When I arrived early for my appointment, I was told there was no interpreter and that they do not provide in person or even virtual sign language interpretation (VRI).
