They are all rude and obnoxious, especially the office manager. They completely messed up my medication, and they argued with everyone, including my father. I’m so happy that I finally found a doctor who is thoughtful, thorough, and understanding.
I have been seeing her for years. She is excellent and caring.
Quite literally the worst OBGYN office. Not only did they mess up my billing, charging my insurance twice for a single service, resulting in an incorrect and expensive bill being sent to me, but they also ghosted me via email when I asked them to resolve. On a separate instance, I was yelled at by their staff for trying to fill my prescription. If you want an office with competence and empathy, don't go here.
It took me a long time to finally find a clinic that actually caters to your needs. NP Lindsey Hansen is hands down the best. She helped me find answers to all my questions whereas everywhere else I wasn’t given anything. She has given me a step by step guide and plan for what I need. She’s the most genuine, kind hearted and well spoken NP I have ever met. Can’t thank her enough for what she has done for me.
