This place is horrible!!! Run don't walk away! Tried to schedule an appointment 3 times with them All you get is an answering machine that tells you they will call back within 24-48 hours. When they finally called back (48 hours later) they they told me I needed a referral from my PC. So they can schedule me and hung up Turns out that my insurance company DID send a referral to them
I am writing this review- after getting a 'Final Notice' for a small amount ( that I do NOT owe! ) and is being investigated by the Healthcare Advocate of Connecticut, who told me 'something does NOT make sense and they are waiting for a reply from Pro Health- as of a WEEK ago! I have spoken directly to a customer Service person in the Manchester Office who knows all about my being 'double billed' and despite her making 'notes' on my account ( she's also aware of the investigation - and agree's I should NOT being getting 'do... read more
This place is so dysfunctional. Providers spend less than 10 minutes with you, If you’re lucky. I’m having gallbladder pain and rather than order a stat ultrasound and bloodwork they told me “sorry a lot of our docs are on vacation you’ll have to go to the ER.” Really contributing to driving up healthcare costs in the Us, good job!
Unfortunately I overlooked some of their medical and administrative errors because they were so nice. This led to several misdiagnosis including hearing and vision, and eventually to hospitalization due to the carelessness of the doctors and their inexperienced staff. I had to leave the practice to get the standard of care provided to my children.
As usual a very pleasant appointment.. From initial welcome at front desk to the very capable care of Patrene Rhoden APRN.. She is extremely knowledgeble, caring and helpful,
If there ever was a medical institution that was run like an assembly line, this would be it. Staff, when meeting with you show compassion but out of sight is out of mind. There is no relationship that is ever established between patient and doctor, that is if you are ever seen by a doctor. Each staff member plays a specific role and due to this nature is limited in their field of assistance.
