I understand that this is a bulk billed clinic, but arriving to a 2.50pm appointment at 2.40 and being told that the doctor is behind by two people is far from good. If you know that the doctor is so far behind, how hard would it be to send a message advising of the delay. I know you dont see our time as valuable, but seriously. The doctors themselves are fine. But get your appointment time sorted. Now I need to waste 45 minutes just sitting here doing nothing, when I could be making the most of that 45 mins. Maybe do one ... read more

​I am incredibly disappointed with the current state of this medical centre. The clinic is incredibly dusty, and the facility has a really bad, noticeable odour that makes it extremely uncomfortable to sit in the waiting room. A medical centre should be clean and hygienic, but the lack of basic cleanliness and the smell are completely unacceptable. They seriously need to address their maintenance and ventilation.

Never Going Back there again. I called in the morning to book an appointment and they were fully booked and they put me on waiting list. I got a call from the clinic later that I am booked for 4:00PM. I got there before time and The staff couldn't find my booking. Saff was like I can put in as walkin it will be the wait of an hour and Some patients were already complaining there for too much wait time. Staff should book accordingly If your doctor is Slow. Worst Service ever .

Very rude behaviour. Dr. Balwinder Singh does not know how to talk to patients respectfully. Felt rushed and disrespected during the consultation. Very poor bedside manner. Would not visit again.suggest another patient try to avoid them 👎

I have visited Dr Reem Mahdi, the experience was very disappointing. She seemed more focused on getting me out the door than actually listening to my concerns. It seemed like she was avoiding doing anything that required real effort. I left feeling dismissed and poorly treated. Unprofessional and lacked basic care and respect.
