If I could give negative stars, I would. We visited Dr. Balwinder Singh as my sister was experiencing pain in her shoulder. This was the first time we visited the clinic and the doctor. He was extremely unprofessional, dismissive and would not listen to our concerns. He told us to get tests done and only then he can give us any advice. When we mentioned her work required movement and lifting, he said I can only advise after reports. The least he could have said was to rest until reports arrive. After the comment, Personally doctor has called me so many time and putting pressures on me to delete the comment or giving me 2 options. I am so busy with my life and don’t want deal with stress So I delete comments about doctor but I think as a patient we don’t have rights to talk about the wrong treatment we received. I had an appointment today and have been waiting for over 45 minutes past my scheduled time. The receptionist kept insisting that the doctor came late, but that doesn’t explain why patients who arrived after me were called in before me. It’s extremely frustrating and feels dishonest. Every appointment seems to last barely five minutes, yet they keep delaying patients almost as if they’re trying to maximise Medicare claims rather than respect people’s time. We are highly impressed with the services provided by Dr. Asad Dar. He is very thorough and listens to all your concerns. He is very empathetic and gives the best medical advice and treatment. They got good gp’s but seriously you come on time for your appointments, can assume it takes 10-15 minutes delays but all these last 3 years with them never heard my name before 30 minutes. Never write but their should be some system for delays. You come urgently from work for 30 minutes and spend same tome just waiting.
