This place is a joke. My emergency "isn't life threatening" so too bad for me and here is a bill. Says emergency room not you gotta be dieing room.
-50 Stars ! Although I was seen right away the Dr. was the most condescending, narcissistic, down right crude Doctor I have EVER seen! I was told to go to the ER by my Doctors nurse, this Dr. made me feel like I was a waste of his time, like I was 5 years old being punished. He was rude, didn't let me get a word in edge wise, actually had me in tears! It is Feb 6th and I have had several issues since Jan 2. Worst experience ever! I will be searching for a new emergency room. I would give it a minus 10! I had great experience with the urgent care.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband has been in twice now for the same issues. This last time he went in due to vomiting blood (and per his PCP instructions) and was told they couldn't help him. The time before that they also told him they couldn't help him and to come back in 2 weeks if he wasn't better. What's the point of Mukwonago even having an ER if they can't help you with anything?
