Very Professional and still have a heart!
Called made an appt. The lady who picked up the phone never ended up putting me on schedule. Waste of time. If I were you I’d call back multiple times to confirm appt. Tried the link they sent me to contact and surprise it says not available- I loved all the other optum drs I see but this department really is not it.
