Unprofessional and unreliable. Had an appointment at 10:45 am with Anders Lau and got a notification that they cancelled 1:45am, 9 hours before. EDIT: Taking a day off for your child is totally okay. It would have been nice if this reason was communicated at that time instead of 4 months later on a Google review. Professional decency goes a long way
I've been seeing Anders for massage therapy for years now. He is professional, knowledgeable, and always friendly. This clinic in particular is warm and welcoming and always decorated in fun ways. Parking nearby is accessible. Highly recommended.

Chelse is an amazing massage therapist. I tried many ways to treat my shoulder pain but it took Chelse’s massage to alleviate the constant discomfort.
