Doctors and nursing staff are helpful... front desk admin is something else. Lady with the hand tattoos and nails was playing music from her instagram social media open while handling patient files/appointments... is that any expectation for behavior from someone working in a medical profession? Overall demeanor was very dismissive and rude too - not sure if she was having a bad day or something. Otherwise the office/location was clean and rest of the staff were helpful.
Left several messages due to neck pain. No one every called back. Wasting people’s time.
Tried making an appointment here. Left several messages with no answer or call back.
The phone system in this office is horrible. Try to leave a message, three, four five times. They told me last week they were having a problem with the voicemail system, What is it this week? If you know there is a problem with the voicemail system, then try answering the phone when it rings, It is not difficult to do. The physician I had examine me was very good, but I have not been able to contact him for the MRI results. Disgraceful.
