Ive taken a total of 3 sleep center sleep studies at which for the most part staff was nice, especially those that helped with sleep study durring procedure. Seems that doctors are consistently leaving Pro health care sleep center because this is the second time nobody felt the need to call me that my 2nd doctor now has left and he was supose to send my medicine in for a refill almost 2-3x months ago, now they want me to come see another specialist probably go thru more testing to just keep taking more money, I have a low ir... read more
I came to this clinic seeking answers and support for my sleep apnea. What I received instead was a one-size-fits-all approach, dismissive care, and a total lack of compassion. After going through the sleep study process, I was prescribed a CPAP machine. I followed every instruction, wore the mask consistently, and gave it a real shot—even though it made it harder for me to fall asleep (which has always been a struggle for me). Dr. Meyer, Jenn, and the rest of the team were wonderful and very kind. The room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs answers regarding their sleep issues.
