Walked in, registered by kiosk and out in 10 minutes. Fast and easy. Grabbed lunch from the cafe on the way out.
Routine lab work - signed in at the kiosk with a helpful person available for questions. Was in and out of the lab within 5 minutes!! Very helpful for a quick stop prior to going to work.
5I had a man draw my blood this morning. He was fantastic! The first poke was a success! He was friendly and put me at ease. We need more health care workers like him. Please thank him.
Tracy was AWESOME!!! I've never had my blood drawn before and I was extremely nervous. She calmed me down and the process went smoothly. But it was 100% her professionalism and patience that made all the difference. Again, thank you Tracy sooooooo much !!!!!!!
