The mammogram I received yesterday was speedy quick. The tech that performed the mammogram was extremely kind and professional.
This is a very efficient place to have a mammogram! You walk into the main lobby, do a quick intake form on a computer console, and then within 5 minutes you are called to go down for the mammogram. The whole procedure took maybe 15 to 20 minutes from entrance to exit. That includes the doctor’s response! My appointment was at 2:30 and I was out by 3:00.
I was able to check myself in on a kiosk ... took about a minute. Someone was available to assist me if needed. I was called back right on time for my bone density. Both of the people I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The whole experience was timely and plrasant.
Jayne was the technician who conducted my mammogram today. She was friendly, careful yet thorough, and communicative about what she was doing and why. This is an important test for me as I have a history of breast cancer and my experience with Jayne was entirely positive. Thanks, Jayne!
