No respect for your time. I was not told ahead of the long wait. Over two hours, I walked away.
I went to urgent care because of a sinus infection and thrush in my mouth due to my inhalers. The doctor was very professional. Listened to my concerns, asked related questions and diagnosed my symptoms. I have severe COPD so it is vital the infection does not settle in my lungs. I have so far taken 2 of the proscribed pills and am feeling better. She is an awesome caring doctor whom I would not hesitate to see again.
The doctor was very understanding, and took the time to listen to me!! Very compassionate!! Wonderful doctor!!
Today I learned potential avenues to pursue and sound reasons why I should rule out other avenues for severe pain I have been experiencing for weeks. I now have some hope where I was previously at a dead end.
Brian was great with Charlotte. Very patient and thorough throughout the visit.
