I scheduled an appointment because I was coming In between my work hours, my appointment was for 546 and I got there. I got there on time and everything and we’re still sitting in the lobby at 6:30 with nobody calling me back to see me which was the whole reason. I scheduled the appointment so that I didn’t have to wait in the regular urgent care like those who just walked in that one time did anybody come out and say we’re running behind we’re gonna see you next. Pro Health Urgent Care allowed me to make an appointment. I got there early, they checked me in and I was finished with my appointment before the scheduled time. The registration staff were friendly and empathetic about my condition. The technician and doctor were friendly and efficient. I was given two prescriptions and the treatment is going well.
Very slow. 1 patient in an hour. Ridiculous
