This is the absolute worst urgent care around! Go to any other urgent care than this one. If you make an appointment, it makes no difference. You will still wait hours!
Disgusting lack of compassion and professionalism. Your visit will start with a rude receptionist (the one over 50, hair always up, over tan, with her face caked in make-up). Then prepare for a 2hr+ wait when you made an online appointment. Just to sit there and watch 15 people with no appointment be seen before you. Then go back to have a clueless nurse ignore everything you're saying of importance.
