Disgusting lack of compassion and professionalism. Your visit will start with a rude receptionist (the one over 50, hair always up, over tan, with her face caked in make-up). Then prepare for a 2hr+ wait when you made an online appointment. Just to sit there and watch 15 people with no appointment be seen before you. Then go back to have a clueless nurse ignore everything you're saying of importance. The front desk was caring, thoughtful and got me checked in quickly! The nursing staff was caring, thorough and skilled. I received stitches and was on my way after a clear explanation of what I needed to do to stay healthy. All in all great experience!
If you want urgent care, go somewhere else. If you have an hour to waste past the appointment you set then you will be ok. Once they finally get you in they do a good enough job.
