Dr. Gleckel's cardiology group and his staff, Sangita, Nyra & Pam are experienced, professional, kind, caring and efficient. I cannot praise them enough.
I arrived early to my appointment and have now been waiting for 65 minutes. I asked the receptionist 30 minutes ago, how long will it be and she could not give me an answer. My time is valuable. Why should I pay a co-pay when over an hour of my time (and the clock is still ticking) has been wasted?
