I just spent over 4 1/2 hours on hold and transferred to multiple wrong departments to make an appointment. They woman who finally scheduled my appointment was belligerent, condescending and rude to me. I began my call at 1:23 pm and at 5:50pm I got my appointment. I will be contacting a manager.
The waiting hours to be called was horrible Mistake in paperwork can be prevented by focusing the overall health of the patient Washing hand is a must for all employees to prevent cross infection
