Not professional and rude. I was asked to Signed in and wait for my name and they called on people who came in after me. when i asked how come i am being skipped i was told i have you on my list and i will call you when ready. They Pick and choose who to call on based on their language.

Unfriendly arrogant front desk staffer who assumes that people with non English names do not speak English?! Lack of basic customer service training and human respect is showing ☹️
