I had to chase an invisible referral from my Dr's office for days!! After I called my Dr's office, they said they just sent it again, so I made an appointment and showed up on the 23rd to find no referral had made it to the fax machine! . I suspect it was the Dr's office not sending it through properly many times, like four times!! A young lady tried to get the download from my email and to no avail, failed mission! My husband came here for a chest x-ray after his doctor referred him to this location, and he received such wonderful, compassionate care! His appointment was not only scheduled for the same day, but they took him EARLY! Unheard of! The facility was clean and professional, feeling more at ease that this in now behind him. I'm so glad he was well taken care of.

I booked an appointment for a time sensitive exam three weeks ago and gave the person making the appointment the referral information and billing code to make sure the test was done at this facility. She said it was no problem and gave me a time/date. I also received a call yesterday to confirm my appointment for this exam. Now, twenty minutes before my appointment and halfway to the office I received a call that they don’t do the exam at all and my appointment will be cancelled.
