I have had many tests over the past 10 years and every experience there has been pleasant, professional and timely. The front desk has always been pleasant, the techs I had in ultrasound, CT and MRI scans have all been kind and patient with my anxiousness. I would rather wait for an opening at this location than go anywhere else.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. This outpatient radiology center is truly top-notch—clean, modern, efficient, and incredibly well-organized. The staff is professional, kind, and made the entire process seamless. What truly sets this place apart is the office manager, Patti. She went above and beyond in every possible way. the technician that did my mammogram was awful. She pressed the machine on my collar bones and caused excruciating pain on both my breasts. I became very lightheaded, saw black and almost passed out. I informed her that she was very rough and causing me pain. She didn’t listen. She informed me that her supervisor said to make sure machine is compressing breasts differently this year for all patients. I had to sit down twice. The front desk at Optum could be better! The tech Lana was very knowledgeable, nice and professional! She is the real asset to this place. The wait was ok!
