I had the most pleasant experience at Bay Ridge Imaging, from the interaction with Holly at the reception desk, who gave me very important information, to Ashley the nurse, who was constantly reassuring and helpful throughout the procedure, and even, the dressing rooms had mirrors!
I have been coming here for annual breast imaging for 10 years. Always great. Both staff and medical team. Now it’s impossible for me to get through to make my annual appt.
WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZEROOOOOO stars!!!Very bad place. They keep rescheduling because the **MIGHTY** **TECHNICIAN ** didn't show up!! I'll never deal with this HORRIBLE PLACE!
This location is the worst one by far. Cancelled my appointment 3 times before I rescheduled elsewhere due to being short on staff/technicians. Now I can’t get them on the phone to get previous results. Woman who makes appts and calls is very nice, wish I could remember her name. She really tried to be helpful and was very apologetic. Place used to be very good, been there several times prior with no issues. Hope they get it together bc it’s bad.
