worst customer service ever! waited over 30min 4 times on the phone. Every time I kept calling the operator would answer and put me on hold. I was calling from a provider's office and just needed to get info. if I could give it 0 stars i would. hopefully people drive a little further to avoid this place.
Called for an xray, told no appointment needed. Walk ins til 9pm. Go in at 4pm to be told they ONLY do xrays between 6-9pm. What stupidly obscure hours for xrays, are you serious? “pro health” my ass nothing pro here
It was a pleasant experience, It was easy to schedule my appointment. My appointment was 9:30 am they called me in at 9:45 am. The office is very clean, staffs are super friendly and willing to help after my visit. Excellent customer service!!
