Most unorganized facility ever. If you’re referred to this place. I highly recommend you go elsewhere
It was a nice experience. I asked for a copy of my MRI and they gave it to me with no problem
Literally called 21 time😂and no answer 3pm Tuesday Finally scheduled after 3h of calling and they couldn’t even schedule properly had to wait for an hour because someone put CT Instead of MRI Doesn’t look like medical office should be that disorganized
WORST PLACE NEVER ANSWER PHONE
First I called and put me on hold for 27 minutes. And then I was asked to download and send over my paperwork. I did from my end and showed downloaded successfully showing on my screen. After they supposed to call me back and make an appointment. They have never did and I called back again. Stayed on hold another 15 minutes and the lady picked up saying they did not receive my paperwork. She used an attitude and unprofessional customer service. Do not recommend this health office at all.
