Sonya was very helpful and nice so after the tour I didn't hesitate to get a space. The place was accessible and clean. Safe area too.
I have been with this storage since 2020. When it was owned by another co. Public storage. 3 years ago, NSA took over. After I had surgery and was no longer able to work, I was late on my payment. After 36 days this company sent a lien holder certified letter to me adding an additional 75.00 fee. Was scheduling an auction. I had been able to arrange payment with all my other debtor's except my storage. I called and spoke to the customer service rep, then I was passed on to supervisor Letecia.
