I deleted my 4 star review for what has come to light how unprofessional and disorganized this company is. Do no use this company. I can't even begin to get into all of this from being so upset. We are now being asked over and over for money I felt was taken care of ...even had conversations with our point of contact with him saying "we're all good". 2 mos after completion getting emails asking for more $ that was thought to have been resolved already is NOT ok. Originally 4 stars, Would have been 3 if not for the work crew and their general manager. Reset and reduced due to office staff continuity and communication issues, and misstatements or misunderstandings resulting from the way work was planned (or not). There's a lot of stuff on every end of the equation. Too much to write here but it started with delays and then our floor being tore up with no vinyl to lay. ( This should be a 4.5 star review) - We recently had the pleasure of working with Mark Roark, Operations Manager in having our kitchen floor replaced after extensive water damage to our original to the home real hard wood floors. Every step - start to finish - professional service. Mark works hard for each of his clients to make sure they are happy start to finish.
