I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and I can’t say enough wonderful things! Dr Bertles and Amanda are the best… they actually care about you and it’s very apparent. I’ve never felt rushed or ignored, every issue I’ve had has been taken seriously (no matter how small). The wait time is almost nonexistent and when you need to contact them they respond quickly. Highly recommend!
Dr. Bertles is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She guided me through my fertility challenges with expertise and compassion, and once I became pregnant, she provided exceptional care throughout my entire pregnancy. Thanks to her support, the birth of my son went smoothly. Dr. Bertles is incredibly knowledgeable, and I am forever grateful for her guidance and dedication during my fertility and birth journey.
Dr. Bertles and Amanda (PA) are amazing!!! This is what really matters at the end of the day (getting to the only negative). Both ladies genuinely care about both your health and your concerns. I drive 30 minutes to see them and I'd probably drive further. The only negative - The phlebotomist...omg. I have never seen someone who appears less happy about their job. HARD unfriendly eye contact for a very uncomfortable 5 or so seconds before she states "Good morning" with zero hint of a smile. Those are the only and last words ... read more
I typically never write reviews but I really felt the need to do so. I’ve been coming to this office for about 3 years now. Today I was informed about a new policy they have (no call no show if so, a 50 dollar fee gets applied) starting this year. Now, I take accountability about my mistake of not showing up to my appointment but also I was never informed upfront about this new policy.
