Let me start by saying I love Dr. Canby she has been great. However it’s very fusterating when you call the office 6 times in one day and can’t get a hold of anyone. We called at 9am this morning and didn’t hear back until 130pm during a very serious situation. You need a medical nurse on staff 24 hours and someone that answers your calls. I’m a patient here and I feel like I’m not cared about by your team. No one ever answers the phones!!!!
