Had Joe Palermo and his company, Progressive Windows and Doors install ALL new windows. In a few years, seals have broken, condensation is inside the windows and HE WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!!! This has been going on for months!!! I would warn everyone NOT to EVER use them, no matter what they promise. It's obviously going to take legal action and honest reviews to accomplish anything.
