Fine initial appointment (scheduled via zocdoc) but terrible communication after that: I had to call about 4 times to schedule a procedure, but kept hearing “the surgical coordinator will call you back” and then very unclear communication about what kind of X-ray I needed before the process, how to get the X-ray to the doctors office, etc. The office ended up cancelling my procedure. Also, there’s no online account option, so you have to communicate by phone or going in person.
