Horrible service Scheduled an online appt to which was rescheduled by their system for later in the day due to the clinic being behind then when I told my daughter to the appt they scheduled, the door was locked and the receptionist nurse gaslit us :( Horrible place

I WISH I COULD GIVE A 0. I arrived today at 7:15, both he gates were closed. Called the office about 10 times and the voicemail was full. You had an open sign in neon and chose to ignore sick patients. I saw yall in the window ignoring me. Don't give here, because they will ignore you.
DO NOT GO HERE. Was directed here from edens since they apparently didnt take medi-cal. My girlfriend and I were her for 2 HOURS and the doctor didnt even tell my girlfriend what was wrong with her and just prescribed her medication.
I will not come back to this place again. Came back with the same symptoms and they charge me again. Unbelievable, they have a nurse practitioner in an urgent care that didn’t prescribe me correctly. Now I’m back to finally see a doctor and I have to pay again. Supervisor Mena was super rude who said if you don’t pay, you can go somewhere else. What a bad customer service.
