My husband needed to get into an urgent care and we went to progressive in Castro Valley.. I cannot say enough good things about the team working there today! We went in around 2:30pm and everyone was so kind and helpful, from the ladies at the front desk to the doctor! We were seen in a timely fashion and the stressful situation was quickly resolved and my husband was on the road to feeling better! Thank you to all ! We will absolutely be coming back!
Scheduled online appt show up all doors were locked I called them was informed that online appointments aren’t guaranteed
Called to ask if they take our UHC insurance, got a yes. Drove over and after checking in, the answer is no, we don't ... please pay. We'd have chosen a different urgent care if we'd known.
Made an appointment for my nephew and they turned us away 15 minutes before the appointment saying the doctor went home for the night. My nephew is having an allergic reaction and they did nothing to help us.
