Made an appointment for my nephew and they turned us away 15 minutes before the appointment saying the doctor went home for the night. My nephew is having an allergic reaction and they did nothing to help us.
Absolute horrible. Was completely dismissive of my concerns. Wasn’t interested in helping in anyway
Very slow, inefficient. Only one doctor and we wait in the waiting room for 1 hour and the patient room about 40min. The front desk is impatient.
Worst front desk receptionist. Anytime you call, they put you on hold without even hearing your “hi,” and the hold goes on with no time limit, minimum 5 minutes. There is no respect for the caller’s time, and the hold often goes on for 5+ minutes with no updates or explanation. It’s very difficult to reach the clinic. I hope the doctor reads this. Such a waste of time for both the doctor and the patient. They really need to work on the front desk if they want future patients. No one is going to deal with this hassle.
