I walked in with extreme pain and the doctor came around the corner to say he don’t give out pain medication… find another urgent care where the doctors might really care about their patients. Needless to say I was run really wrong at this location and the way the doctor handled himself.
A nurse checked my blood pressure and evaluated me, then told me to wait in the exam room for the doctor to come in. I waited over 30 minutes inside the exam room, and a total of 3.5 hours overall at this clinic. During this time, I developed severe shortness of breath, and despite my condition, no one came to see me or provided any explanation. The doctor completely twisted my words. And didn't listen to anything I actually said. Made up his own decisions in his head and wrote it on my discharge. With statements that are completely false. The only good thing about that place was the 19 year old girl behind the counter. She is a shining star and way to good for this place. So sweet and very professional.
Horrible service and the people are rude.
