Just great!! I bought the mower I wanted at a great price after shopping the competition. Any questions I’ve had after the sale have been answered quickly and courteously.
We purchased a mower and soon after had issues with it starting. It would not crank. We took it back under warranty and were told that it would be 6 weeks before we could get it back due to service backlog. Asked if they had a loaner to cover the 4.5 acres we needed to mow in the next 6 weeks and was told no that we could rent one to cover the time our warranty mower would be unavailable.
