I want to thank Cynthia and Randy at Progressive suspension for their patience in helping me get the right shocks for my 1982 Harley FLT. I appreciate the effort you both took to ensure I had the right units for my bike and the patience you exhibited with me to ensure I was satisfied with the product . I am very grateful and would like to acknowledge that you are both wonderful assets to your company. Thank you again.
Unfortunately I can't review their shocks since I wasn't able to get them. This review is for their poor customer service which needs improvement! I would still like to give them a shot in the future but for now I choose different shocks due to their lack of customer service.
Warranty is crap. They will honor it, but every return even if the product is at fault on their end, you have to pay shipping which could cost as much or atleast half of what the product is worth. Suggest going with traxxion suspension over these guys. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Customer service rep was rude. Products are good but customer service needs to be improved.
