Warranty is crap. They will honor it, but every return even if the product is at fault on their end, you have to pay shipping which could cost as much or atleast half of what the product is worth. Suggest going with traxxion suspension over these guys. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

called them for advice on a soft tail 2014 breakout cvo shock they recommended there 422 series should have kept the stock shock i had a buddy behind me and when we hit some bad spots on the road he couldn't believe how badly i was bouncing around I played around with the adjustment no luck i use to cringe when i would go over expansion joint in the road now I don't even feel them its true you get what you pay for i replaced the front and rear $$ but worth it now i am a (legend) when i ride wink wink
Company's support of their products is terrible, they are non-responsive and the product I purchased, 490 series is faulty. Buy their products at your own risk, they don't appear to stand behind them.
