I question Karina’s integrity & transparency - beware.
Our building has been managed well by Progressive Strata for many years. Recently we began a lot of much needed work. It has been complicated and time consuming. Progressive Strata have been supportive and helpful and knowledgeable throughout. Now that the work has started it is been managed well by Julie who has been responsive and proactive. Meetings have been run efficiently by Karina moving us along and not letting us get stuck.
Since being managed by Karina & her team at “Progressive Strata” , our building has come along in leaps & bounds. Karina is up to date with policies & gives sound advice ,which in turn leads to positive outcomes. Thank you Karina for being so professional, helpful, caring & invested in our Strata scheme. Thank you
Karina and Progressive Strata have given me faith and confidence back after really poor management of our small block from another strata company . Karina has such a great all round knowledge of everything relating to Strata and is really practical and helpful.
