Our company (Ocean Leathers Inc.) has been a customer of Progressive Service Die Company for more than 20 years. They have always provided us with excellent customer service and quality dies.
All the staff was great except for Brian France. He helped me modify my die… only to give me a bad attitude about it. Helped me a very small amount then told me to do it myself. I was a long time customer and he treated me like crap. Good for us that plenty people make dies. I would keep looking for someone else… guy in charge had a really bad attitude. Ladies were super nice.
