All the staff was great except for Brian France. He helped me modify my die… only to give me a bad attitude about it. Helped me a very small amount then told me to do it myself. I was a long time customer and he treated me like crap. Good for us that plenty people make dies. I would keep looking for someone else… guy in charge had a really bad attitude. Ladies were super nice.
