The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being "referred" this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.
Progressive Service is top notch. Installer Frank was very knowledgeable, professional and explained every detail of the equipment and every aspect of code requirements for the installation.
