Worst internet provider ive ever seen. 9 mb for $120 a month and half the time it doesnt work an when it does it isnt the speed i pay for.
112$ a month for 8mbps service that drops below 5 and as low as 1.5 on peak hours.....In the age of streaming video services and streaming TV packages (Play station VUE) maybe you guys should just pack it in and let Comcast take over your non-competition clause territory, you people cannot provide the services people want for a fair price (Comcast is 200mgbps at 49.99 , a continuous 200mbps stream not effected by peak hours)...If you people didn't have a non-completion clause area of service you would be out of business in a... read more
Service was decent 5 years ago, but has been on a steady decline. We started out with a 5mb service and have suddenly been downgraded to a 3mb service with no hope in the near future to get anything better.
Seriously considering going back to satellite service. We have ongoing tiling and buffering and have had techs here several times.
Absolutely awful service. Any time after 11:00pm expect there to be constant buffering or slow internet speeds. Be glad you have a small monopoly in our area. If anything else was offered you'd go bankrupt!!
Thanks for destroying our front yard to run optic for the same suck ass internet.Constant outages.. our Internet goes out many times a week
