Do NOT use. They are so slack at producing MRI reports. Was seen June 27 and they have not sent the report to my specialist as of today (July 17). They are saying won’t be read until August. It has cost me two wasted specialist appointments and the stress of not knowing what my situation is. I only chose them because WRA said they were the earliest available. Nothing mentioned about a delay when they booked me. Avoid at all cost.
I took my mom to this location for two MRIs requested by her doctor. The front desk receptionists were very sweet and helpful with the check-in process and getting all the new patient paperwork taken care of. Rovel performed the MRI and was incredibly kind and understanding. He provided my mom—who has severe claustrophobia—with positive reassurance and helpful techniques to keep her calm and still during the test. Staff were very Friendly. Very fast and efficient. All my needs were addressed. I would highly recommend this office.
