Kisha was absolutely amazing. I have never had a technician in my many years as compassionate, calming and a wonderful human touch as Lisha. Washing Radiology is lucky to have her. She made my experience very memorable, in a very positive way.
I have been a patient here for many years of highly professional, reliable treatment with up to date equipment and procedures. I feel like an individual at the front desk and in the exam rooms, with everyone taking time to answer questions and to see that my expressed needs are met.
UNRELIABLE. It is amazing how a business can be run this poorly- Phone is the only method for scheduling and it is nearly impossible to connect. You will be placed in an endless loop. If you do reach a scheduler you will be subjected to rude, dismissive, uncaring staff. Only desperation resulting from the lack of imaging availability in the DC region would justify interaction with this location. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW, Sep 2025: Progressive Radiology got bought out by Washington Radiology and has gone WAY down hill. I had previously given this place 5 stars for being run efficiently how all medical and diagnostic practices should. I am updating my review to one star. There is no online scheduling anymore— you have to call to schedule.
