UNRELIABLE. It is amazing how a business can be run this poorly- Phone is the only method for scheduling and it is nearly impossible to connect. You will be placed in an endless loop. If you do reach a scheduler you will be subjected to rude, dismissive, uncaring staff. Only desperation resulting from the lack of imaging availability in the DC region would justify interaction with this location. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW, Sep 2025: Progressive Radiology got bought out by Washington Radiology and has gone WAY down hill. I had previously given this place 5 stars for being run efficiently how all medical and diagnostic practices should. I am updating my review to one star. There is no online scheduling anymore— you have to call to schedule. I called the office and was met with a young lady on the other end of the call who clearly was having a bad day. Just awful customer service skills. I called on 6/26 at about 3:30. She just would not let me get two words out without her cutting me off. I asked to speak with the manager and conveniently one wasn't available. I then asked to speak with someone other than herself and she placed me on a brief hold and Mariah took the call.
