UPDATE TO MY REVIEW, Sep 2025: Progressive Radiology got bought out by Washington Radiology and has gone WAY down hill. I had previously given this place 5 stars for being run efficiently how all medical and diagnostic practices should. I am updating my review to one star. I called the office and was met with a young lady on the other end of the call who clearly was having a bad day. Just awful customer service skills. I called on 6/26 at about 3:30. She just would not let me get two words out without her cutting me off. I asked to speak with the manager and conveniently one wasn't available. I then asked to speak with someone other than herself and she placed me on a brief hold and Mariah took the call. One of the worst billing experiences at a medical practice ever. MRI process is fine, but billing experience has been horrendous.
Horrible. Be aware this MRI office closed on 5 pm. They listed and will schedule you after 5 pm. But you will go there . You will find out office close. No one will be there. You will waste your time. Stay away from this company specially Bethesda office
