Undertook an full day's Anxiety Workshop which assisting in learning the tools to support children who experience anxiety. The facilitator was tremendously engaging and knowledgeable. I have since implemented a variety of the techniques learned, and it has made an incredible difference to my child maintaining calmness during times of his stress.
