Do not use this service. They are happy to take money but when you are in acute need, suddenly it is we cannot help or the pyschologist does not ring back or even consult other linked in services. They literally leave you high and dry. Dont make the mistake I have in trying to acess any real, valuable diagnosis or actual help in moving things forward. Insists on having my credit card details in their system. I highlighted my distrust with keeping such un-necessary information. I said I will cheerfully pay in full upon arrival but no, they want this info and will not see me until they have it. All I think is if optus, medibank and countless others cant keep customer details secure then I do my best to protect my digital footprint.
