Very unhappy with her demeanor and overall helpfulness. During our appointments she was argumentative and somewhat hostile, and never looked at me while talking or listening. I felt like an inanimate object sitting in a chair and it was not comforting or engaging. I didn’t feel like she had much time or interest in hearing me, especially when she expressed presumptions about my history or symptoms and then “argued back” when I reported differently. Really excellent treatment at Progressive Psychiatric Services. I felt truly heard and understood. I was treated with respect and care. My calls and requests were responded to quickly. Definitely recommend to anyone seeking mental health support!!!
Just received an email from Lisa in regards to her having to reschedule an appointment on a day i already had an appointment. Her secretary carol never responded to my email about that day not working as i have anotther appointment at the same time. WARNING IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THIS LADY LISA BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU SAY TO HER. She throws it back in your face and degrades you do to the type of insurance you have. Very educated and professional. Takes the time to listen and help out. Been seeing Lisa for 4 years now and I wouldn’t go elsewhere.
They are very responsive and received call backs quickly. We are very happy with Ms. Weldon.
