Elizabeth and Marilyn are amazing! So accommodating and knowledgeable.
The accessibility and way of explaining things to where I can understand them is excellent. Elizabeth spends the time explaining what she is doing so I can understand. I always feel better in my prosthesis by the end of the appointment.
Came here (Joplin location) in February to get a custom insole and was not impressed with the staff or the way they make the insoles. My initial call was not friendly and I was rudely told I needed a referral before they would even consider an appointment…which I had a referral. I disregarded this and still went ahead with making an appointment. At the appointment I’m not sure I spoke with anyone actually qualified or with a degree in this field either. They scanned my foot with an iPad only and said that’s all they needed…n... read more
