I've noticed a huge difference in my son since he has been seeing Lydia. I see him making the effort to communicate when in chaos which is amazing to see. The parent sessions are also super educational too. We learn additional tools as parents to help understand and manage. Highly recommend.
Lydia has been a wonderful supervisor and support. She always challenges me to think about my work and the impact I may have in my interactions with clients. She truly encourages honesty and authenticity in both my professional services and within myself. I find her kind, empathic and tuned in to what is not quite right.
