Terrible customer service! Progressive decided not to show up for our scheduled weekly cleanings for 3 weeks of December and 1 week of January. I left multiple messages trying to get an explanation. The excuses varied from person to person. When I called to request a credit for the time missed, Mary explained that since it is a "he said, she said" between the technician and me, I must be lying and that she would not offer the credit.
