Horrible - I'm not sure why it took 3 visits before I said never again! If you want to be ignored, drive to the facility just to do stretches on your own with no supervisions, interaction, or assistance, this may be the place for you. Also do NOT pay anything until insurance is filed! For whatever reason, they couldn't check what my copay should be so I paid a random amount assuming I would be coming for a number of sessions. the technicians and the receptionist are friendly and I like the fact that they take time and explain everything that they are doing made sure that you understand all of the therapy that was given to my son questions that I ask was answered very clear it was a pleasure seeing the work that they do friendly compassionate people thank them for good work

Why is there only one excellent physical therapist working today? She had 3 patients at one time. No help at the desk because no one is scheduled to work it. She kept 3 of us apart due to social distancing but kept getting interruptions to answer the phone, schedule patients, answer questions, and fax documents. On top of that she was instructing and monitoring us. She was great. However, why would the company stretch one person that much? Disappointed.
