My experience started off horrible. My 1st visit Kim, did my assessment. Barely spoke to me & explained nothing. 2nd visit had Lauren. OMG what a complete breath of fresh air. Lauren was pleasant & explained things. She got to know everyone as a person, which helped relax us. I had Kim again on my 3rd visit. Just as bad as the 1st one. This is the best physical therapy office I’ve ever been to. I saw Lauren most times and she is so caring and personable. She truly helped me gain back the strength in my wrist. Each therapist here is so friendly. Highly recommend!
Couldn’t recommend Novant enough. After a shoulder tear at work, Lauren, Gage, and Danielle got me back to full range of motion without needing surgery. Incredibly knowledgeable and fun to work with. Very thankful for the compassion these 3 have for what they do!
Very professional, caring, and understanding service provided by their entire office. I personally use the miles in that office, cause it’s closer to home but if needed, I will run up to Myrtle Beach and have no problem then take him in
