I wish I knew about this place early on. I've been through 5 pest control companies but I STILL had a problem. I finally told the place I was renting the house from that there was a problem and the house was not livable. They had Progressive come out, and it's been great. So far, so good. The owner was super nice, too. They use a power spray system, and it's worked so much better than just the pack system. Highly recommend. I have been using their service for a few years and am always blown away by the amazing service. My technician was Luis and he is professional, thorough, and thoughtful. He texted me upon arrival to not wake my kids and dogs. He found where ants were coming into my house and thoroughly checked for other locations. He also sprayed the outside of my house and closely looked for nests. They have options that are pet and kid friendly. I have been with Progressive from the beginning and never had any issues with them. You always know when they will be there and they will let you know if they can’t make it. All the years I may have had 3 bugs inside. That’s pretty good service.
We are long time clients of Progressive Pest Control, a lovely woman owned company where they value their clients, treat you with courtesy and respect, return your calls and get to you as quickly as possible. They also schedule your service and the technician, sends a text or calls prior to showing up and they are very punctual.
