I've been using Progressive I think 4-5 years now, and have had zero issues with any critters, including roaches, scorpions, ants, gnats, etc. I always get a message from the office the day before service, and Enrique always messages me when he's on his way. He's always professional and great to chat with. They've never missed an appointment, and even put me on bi-monthly service, which is greatly appreciated if I don't need the service every month. Definitely recommend!

I have been using Progressive Pest Control for three years. The staff has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Luis has been knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly knows a lot about bugs, pest control, and prevention. He takes the time to answer questions. We have quarterly service, and when I found a large brown bug in the house between visits, they were able to come out the same week and spray. Happy with the service overall.

I have been with this company for many years at 2 residences and getting ready to transfer service to a third address. I requested an estimate based on my home inspection report and they put it together for me right away. They've always been amazing, very polite, courteous, on time & respectful of property and pets. More importantly, no bugs in the house! The entire staff is great to work with and make it very easy to schedule/reschedule. I won't use anyone else.

We have always had a good experience with Progressive. They let us know a day before the time frame, and are always open to rescheduling. We have had service by Leo for a couple years now and he is friendly and courteous.

Liam is a great professional, he helped me getting rid of scorpions at my house. He listens to your needs and is always ready to help you. He is also very kind. I highly recommend him!
