Brad is a gem of a human. I have had a bad time with some messy tenants, have had a cockroach and now a rat infestation but Brad and the team have been a huge help. They are very communicative with the work that they do and remediation efforts. He has made an unfortunate time for me much easier to deal with and the piece of mind that if anything happens I can always give his office a call and be treated with respect and quick service.
If they work the same way they drive their work vehicles on the road, probably best to stay clear. Selfish, aggressive, illegal maneuvers all within a 5 minute time span.
I noticed a severe carpenter bee infestation in my shed and called them for help. Brad efficiently treated all the active bore holes individually. Within a day or two, the drilling stopped completely and the bees were gone. I highly recommend their professional services to anyone facing similar pest problems!

Not a service I was ever hoping to need but I’m very glad we reached out to Progressive. Friendly and knowledgeable employees worked with us until our issue was resolved.
